Hi all, if you guys havent realised, this is the first post of the year (2009). And it's already July -.-!
Goes to show there's really no need for this blog to continue to exist since it basically serves no purpose except expose certain embarrasing details of our lifes. Haha.
While I was re-reading the archives, I was VERY TEMPTED to delete the blog. But of course, I can't do it without the consensus of the rest of you.
On the other hand, I had my reservations about deleting this blog -- isn't documenting the embarrasing details of our growing up (through both the photos and blog entries) the primary purpose of this blog (besides flamming each other and calling Aik Chye a big fat smelly banana hahahaha)?
So here are a couple of suggestions:
1) Revamp the blog. Change URL, change skin, invite more people to blog. Delete the stupid posts.
2) Lock this blog up, so that we can still have access the the funny (and more than not, embarrasing) posts. Create a new one and copy the more meaningful (think those with photos?) over to the new blog and continue blogging there.
The ultimate aim of all these is to not let a third unknown party have access to the uhhh embarrassing stuff.
But I think it would take another Ice Age to have you guys finally remember about the existence of this blog and realise that I typed this and tell me what you think and want to do. So there, I WILL CONSULT YOU GUYS DURING THE NEXT GATHERING.
If i forget to do so, please remind me. (though I have my doubts that the reminder will be timely)
Oh well. Maybe its a good thing that everyone forgot about this space. Saves us (or me rather -.-) the purpose of dealing with The Stuff (cant really find a suitable word so just make do with this hahaha)
